In a dynamic three-day event from January 1st to January 3rd, 2024, OWS-DF successfully concluded its annual staff meeting and training sessions at the Jigjiga Office (Headquarter). The event marked a significant milestone as the organization navigated organizational changes and introduced new 5-year strategic plans and manuals.
The purpose of the gathering was to equip employees with the knowledge and skills essential to adapt to these changes and excel in their roles. Attendees immersed themselves in a variety of training sessions, including 5-year strategic plans, manuals, Kobo ToolBox, and IT, fostering an environment of shared learning and collaboration.
